Zucchini and Feta Tart

A savory yet tart dish that is perfect for showcasing the fresh Crown Jewels Produce zucchini.


  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Oregano

  • Olive Oil

  • 13.5cl Milk

  • 2 Zucchini

  • 3/4 Puff Pastry

  • 166.5g Feta Cheese

  • 1 Egg

  • 6.5cl Liquid Cream


  1. Brown the sliced ​​zucchini in a pan in olive oil.

  2. Mix milk, cream, and egg in a container add salt and pepper.

  3. Roll out the dough in a dish and put the zucchini on it. Divide the cut feta over the zucchini, then sprinkle with oregano (1 tbsp).

  4. Pour the mixture over the pie. Bake for 25 minutes at 400 ° F.
