Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 1/2 lbs of Crown Jewels Brussels Sprouts

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Cut off the brown end of the Brussles Sprouts and remove any outer yellow leaves.

  3. Combine all ingredients into and a bowl and mix.

  4. Place them on a sheet pan and roast for 35-40 mins, until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Shake the pan from time to time to brown the sprouts evenly.

  5. Remove from oven, sprinkle with salt, and serve immediately.
