Cucumber & Chia Water


  • 1 Cucumber

  • 1 Lemon

  • 8 Spring Mint Leaves

  • 2-3 tablespoons Chia Seeds


  1. Rinse, then thinly slice cucumbers and lemon

  2. Add all the ingredients to a pitcher, pour filtered water over them let it sit in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.

  3. Serve over ice and ENJOY!
