4 Cooked Chicken Breasts (shredded)
25 Crown Jewels Seedless Red Gapes (halved)
2 Crown Jewels Granny Smith Apples (cut into bite size chunks)
2 Cups Walnuts (chopped)
1/2 Red Onion (chopped)
3 Stalks Celery (chopped)
3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
5 Tablespoons Creamy Salad Dressing
5 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, apple chunks, walnuts, red onion, & lemon juice. Proceed to toss all ingredients together.
In a separate bowl, combine and whisk the the vanilla yogurt, salad dressing, & mayonnaise together.
Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture in the large bowl and stir to coat.
Last step, gently top or fold the grapes into the salad.
