Chicken Salad with Grapes & Apples



Servings: 10-12

Total time: 25 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 4 Cooked Chicken Breasts (shredded)

  • 25 Crown Jewels Seedless Red Gapes (halved)

  • 2 Crown Jewels Granny Smith Apples (cut into bite size chunks)

  • 2 Cups Walnuts (chopped)

  • 1/2 Red Onion (chopped)

  • 3 Stalks Celery (chopped)

  • 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Yogurt

  • 5 Tablespoons Creamy Salad Dressing

  • 5 Tablespoons Mayonnaise


Directions:


  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, apple chunks, walnuts, red onion, & lemon juice. Proceed to toss all ingredients together.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine and whisk the the vanilla yogurt, salad dressing, & mayonnaise together.

  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture in the large bowl and stir to coat.

  4. Last step, gently top or fold the grapes into the salad.
