Pomegranate Dark Chocolate Bark

Servings: 28 Dark Chocolate Clusters
Total Time: 30 min
Ingredients:
Flaky Sea Salt
2 Spoonful of Coconut Oil
8 ounces Dark Chocolate
3/4 cup Walnuts (or any nuts)
3/4 cup Crown Jewels Pomegranate Seeds
Directions:
In a double boiler, melt 8 ounces of Dark Chocolate of your choice with 2 spoonful of Coconut Oil.
In a mixing bowl, combine the melted Dark Chocolate with 3/4 cup of Walnuts or any nut choice, and 3/4 cup of Crown Jewels Pomegranate Seeds.
Line 28 spoonful clusters of the Dark Chocolate mix in a baking sheet with unbleached parchment paper.
Sprinkle some crushed Walnuts and Flaky Sea Salt on top and store in the freezer for 30 minutes.
