Pomegranate Dark Chocolate Bark

Servings: 28 Dark Chocolate Clusters

Total Time: 30 min

Ingredients:

  • Flaky Sea Salt

  • 2 Spoonful of Coconut Oil

  • 8 ounces Dark Chocolate

  • 3/4 cup Walnuts (or any nuts)

  • 3/4 cup Crown Jewels Pomegranate Seeds

Directions:

  1. In a double boiler, melt 8 ounces of Dark Chocolate of your choice with 2 spoonful of Coconut Oil.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted Dark Chocolate with 3/4 cup of Walnuts or any nut choice, and 3/4 cup of Crown Jewels Pomegranate Seeds.

  3. Line 28 spoonful clusters of the Dark Chocolate mix in a baking sheet with unbleached parchment paper.

  4. Sprinkle some crushed Walnuts and Flaky Sea Salt on top and store in the freezer for 30 minutes.

  5. Enjoy.
