Ingredients:

• Slice of Bread of your choice

• One Crown Jewels Avocado

• OneEgg

• Olive Oil

• One Lime

• Salt and Pepper

• Chilli Flakes

Directions:

-Toast the slice of bread

-Spread one Crown Jewels Avocado

-Drizzle Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper and the juice of one Lime

-Boil water in a pot, drop one Egg and let it boil for 6 minutes.

-Remove the egg and place it in a bowl with ice.

-Carefully remove the egg and place on top of the toast.

-Sprinkle chilli flakes

-Enjoy.
