Watermelon Sorbet

Ingredients:

• Crown Jewels Seedless Watermelon

• 2 Limes

• Honey

• Sea Salt

Directions:

1. In a food processor or blender poor one Crown Jewels Watermelon and blend.

2. Squeeze two Limes, as much Honey as you like and a pinch of Sea Salt. Blend.

3. Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for 20-25 min.

4. For fluffy results, pour the frozen mixture back into the blender, blend and pour it back in the container and freeze or another 30-35 min.

5. Enjoy.
